Following attendance at free preview workshops, Tigrent Brands provides customers with three-day basic training programs that instruct them on the fundamentals of investing (real estate and financial instruments), entrepreneurship and personal finance. Customers who have achieved a rudimentary level of knowledge are encouraged to attend Tigrent Learning advanced training courses for mastery of their chosen area of learning.

Riches™ : The Seven Secrets You Were Never Told: This program focuses on seven wealth-building strategies, including real estate investment and entrepreneurship, and the creation of a personal action plan. The seminar reflects the expertise of Gill Fielding, a self-made millionaire from the UK, who identified centuries-old strategies for accumulating wealth and honed them to build the foundation of this program.

Cash Flow Generator® : This program focuses on generating cash flow through real estate investment opportunities. Customers are taught the mechanics of completing real estate transactions to generate cash flow, including pre-foreclosures, short sales, wholesaling, renting with lease options and long-term rentals.

Software

ForeclosureID™ is a powerful software tool that provides users with extensive data on foreclosure properties nationwide. The information available on an individual property listed includes current estimated value, the amount due on the property, the last sale price and tax data.

A companion manual entitled “Find it, Close it, Profit with ForeclosureID" is included in the ForeclosureID kit. This book incorporates valuable information, including how to identify appropriate property investment opportunities, how to present a compelling offer and ways to find financing as well as suggestions on working with sellers, real estate brokers and bankers. Negotiation strategies, sample contracts and sale agreements as well as a glossary of real estate and foreclosure terms also are included in the manual.
